This is one hell
of an overcrowded story. Some monsters – and Doctors! – barely do a thing.
But who cares? It’s a nice celebratory romp. The Time Lords get up to their
scheming fairytale-esque politics. Someone says “No! Not the mind probe!”. A
Cyber-Leader is sick. Let’s celebrate it for that. 7/10. 50 words.
NEXT, The Five Doctors(ish) Reboot. A reboot of... this very story!
