Doctor Who Magazine proclaimed this as one of the best Doctor Who stories. Almost right. This is very impressive, albeit one where Nyssa, the best of the three companions, is side-lined. Simon Rouse delivers a stunning performance, the sets are impressive, as is Nerys Hughes, and the writing is exceptional. 9/10. 50 words.
