The first episode, while creepy in places, is just
25 minutes of dilly-dallying. From then on, the story picks up, maybe not
deserving its 2½-hour run time, but delivering memorable aliens in the forms of
the Menoptera (in terrible costumes) and Zarbi. It’s well-made but I doubt it’s
